Happily Ever After
This is a full wedding planning package. All you need to do is share your ideas and inspiration with us. We’ll do everything you need to make your wedding day the best day ever, with communication and consultation all the way.
PACKAGE INCLUDES:
- Sourcing ceremony and reception locations
- Creation of a wedding-style mood board
- Sourcing reputable local wedding suppliers, products and services required for your wedding, reflecting your budget, style and preferences
- Managing bookings for all vendors and suppliers booked
- Ongoing communication with vendors in the lead-up to your wedding day to ensure services are provided and timelines are met
- Ongoing communication throughout the process to keep you regularly informed of progress and updates
- Continual phone and email contact throughout the planning process
- Development of your full wedding day timeline and distribution to all vendors
- Coordination of vendor arrivals, deliveries and setup details
- Full coordination of the entire wedding day. Remaining on site from the setup through to the wedding reception

WEDDING PACKAGE OPTION TWO
A Little Help
This planning and styling package is perfect for couples who need a helping hand along the way but don’t need everything that a full wedding package includes. You may already have a venue, celebrant and photographer, but you’re not sure what to plan next, that’s where we come in.
PACKAGE INCLUDES:
- Up to two personal planning consultations over the phone or via video call. Our first consultation is to review your plans and ideas for your wedding day and provide advice or recommendations as required. Our second consultation takes place 4 weeks prior to the wedding, where your wedding day schedule is created, confirm setup details and re-confirm all vendors
- We will send you our recommended vendors based on your location
- A detailed wedding day timeline
- Planning touch point calls to discuss planning updates and to-do’s
- A customised wedding document outlining every detail of your wedding day. (vendor info, wedding timeline, run sheet for vendors, styling plan and any venue information)
- Coordination of vendor arrivals, deliveries and setup logistics
- Attendance, supervision and coordination of the entire wedding day; remaining on site from the setup through to the wedding reception

WEDDING PACKAGE OPTION THREE
On The Day
This package is where we manage all your vendors on your special day to ensure everything is delivered as planned. We set up all styling elements to make the vision of your wedding come to life. As your on-the-day coordinator, we ensure your special day runs as smoothly as possible.
PACKAGE INCLUDES:
- Coordination of vendor arrivals, deliveries and setup
- We will style your wedding to match your vision using the styling items, decor items, florals and furniture you have hired from vendors; we’ll work our magic to create a beautiful wedding space
- Attendance, supervision and coordination of the wedding day, dealing with any issues that may arise while remaining on site from the setup and wedding reception
- We liaise with both venue staff and vendors to ensure smooth sailing and a day that runs to the wedding day timeline
- This package is for our on-the-day styling and coordination services and does not include any hire items or a pack-down service
